It wasn't hard for the students to guess that oranges would be our snack today.
Orange has to be the most difficult color to find in adult clothing...

We didn't have much difficulty finding something green outside today. 

We ate cucumber and everyone except one student liked it! We really are off to a great start!

The big sky is blue, the ocean is too. HI  HO  did you know b l u e  spells blue?
If blueberries were really blue, we would have eaten them today. Instead we ate blue gummy sharks!

Yellow

Today we wore yellow and ate pineapple...mmmm. What can you see in this picture that is yellow?

RED

We start another school year- YEA! Everyone wore red today and we ate licorice. What else can you think of that's red?

White and pink

This day was also VERY yummy- we ate white and pink animal crackers

And this concludes our "wear the color to school" days :-(  The reeeally sad part is that I didn't take a picture for every color. On black day we ate olives, for blue we ate candy Legos and for purple we ate grapes. There, now you are all caught up.

These kids are getting REALLY good at wearing the daily color and learning the song. For green we ate cucumbers

Oh what a cheerful day! You'd be amazed at how bright this day was just because everyone was wearing yellow!

We ate the pineapple in my hand and spotted yellow things all over on our walk

Well as you can tell these kids are excited for this class

This was the first day of school. Oh we have come SOOO far since this day...

We've really enjoyed learning the colors by wearing them, singing of them and EATING them.
